Shipping policy

Free worldwide delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Each set is dispatched gift boxed from the United Kingdom within 5 working days by tracked service, and your tracking link is emailed the day it leaves us. Express delivery is available within the UK at checkout.

Typical delivery times after dispatch: United Kingdom 2–4 working days; Europe 3–6 working days; United States and Canada 3–6 working days; rest of the world 5–10 working days.

Customs and import taxes

UK prices include VAT. Buyers outside the UK may need to pay import duties or taxes when their parcel arrives; these are set by the destination country and collected by the courier. Contact us before ordering if you would like us to confirm how these fees will be paid for your order. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
