Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at colm@baymedia.ie before sending anything back so we can help, and return the set unused in its presentation box.

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method.

Damaged items

If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 2 days of purchase.
