Are the placemats heat resistant?
Yes. The melamine surface is heat resistant to 150°C, so hot plates and serving dishes are fine. Please don't place pans straight from the hob onto the mats.
How do I look after them?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Don't soak them or put them in the dishwasher. Looked after this way, they last for many years.
How big are they?

Do you deliver to my country, and what does it cost?
Yes. Delivery is free to every country, by tracked service. Your tracking link is emailed the day your order is dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 5 working days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date for your country.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Our delivery page sets out exactly what applies to your country, so there are no surprises.
Can I send a set as a gift?
Every set arrives in our presentation box. In your bag you can add a gift message and ask us to leave prices off the packing slip, then simply enter the recipient's address at checkout.
Can I choose my own selection of designs or a different set size?
Please get in touch. We are happy to help you put together the selection and number of pieces you want.
Can I return, exchange or cancel?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery; please contact us first. You can cancel an order within 2 days of purchase. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo and we will put it right.
Do you supply shops, museums or corporate gifts?
Yes. Please contact us for trade prices, larger orders and other set sizes.
